Minneapolis native Jules Day has experienced a meteoric rise in the L.A. jazz community with the help of regular appearances at the area’s premier music venue, Spaghettini Italian Grill and Jazz Club. In fact, her young jazz career was practically hatched on the famous Spaghettini stage. Despite the uniqueness of Jules's sultry and soulful voice, jazz buffs may pleasantly detect the influences of Peggy Lee, Julie London, and other immortal jazz icons sprinkled throughout Julie's subtle and cool phrasing which has been known to calm the rowdiest of rooms as she weaves her way through jazz standards, blues classics, and brand new songs from her very own repertoire.
